Unitized Facade System
is an innovative facade system, which is especially preferred on high-rise buildings. This system is completely fabricated in plant and installed in a shorter time without scaffold.
With high performance features, unitized facade system is customized & designed on the project basis.
In this system, all the fabrication, including the glass, made in plant with high quality labor. The installation is made by hanging the panel systems one by one on to the facade without scaffold. 3 tiered gasket structure between the modules, provides tolerance gap on seismic moves and also high performance features.
Structural Glazing & Two Side & With Cap alternatives in standard curtain wall systems are also available in unitized facade systems. All kinds of sash openings, such as; parallel and standard sash openings, reverse vasistas openings are available in unitized facade system.

In comparison to 50mm curtain wall systems, 60mm provides wider glass applications and wider application areas. With different sized transom and mullion profiles, it provides the application of the system in all kinds of projects, designed for different purposes.
These systems; which have different types of isolators to obtain high level of insulation, are also an ideal solution for angular facade surfaced & roofs.
It has a profile wall thickness between 1.8 mm and 2.0 mm, the system allows glass usage up to 52 mm.

Steel and Wood Add On Curtain Wall System
When the aluminium mullion and transom profiles are not able to be installed to the wide spacing’s required in projects, ADD ON system enables steel profiles to be applied for wider transparent areas.
Where you need the curtain wall as one piece, on wide spacing’s like airports, auto showrooms etc. steel construction is preferred due to the better carriage capacity, and ADD ON system is used on this kind of projects.
The system, in which the glass combination on standard system can also be used, is preferred by the designers due to the high inertia level,
The system comprise of aluminium profiles between 1.8 mm and 2.0 mm wall thickness, and the steel profiles chosen for the facade.

It’s a skylight system mounted on the steel. Thanks to the PVC izolators, it provides better performance at thermal insulation and water tightness.
